Desired Candidate Profile:
- More than 5 years of experience with Java/J2EE,Core Java,end to end J2EE web application.
- Good understanding of Core Java, OOPS,Design Concepts.
- Worked on Spring, Hibernate.
- Sound knowledge of relational databases, including schema design and advanced queries
- Good understanding of data structures & algorithms and their space & time complexities
- Demonstrated proficiency with AJAX, Javascript, jQuery, CSS is a plus
- Exposure to Linux environment would be an added advantage
Other skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, and eager to work on new challenges and find solutions to different application development problems.
- Understand and promote the value of project processes and ensure high degree of process compliance
- Professional experience providing technical leadership to a development team
- Must have experience and be willing to work on the complete lifecycle of projects
- Involve in the detail design of the modules according to the J2EE standards.
- Provide optimal software designs and technical guidance.
- Complete ownership of projects starting from business case to project delivery.
- Great exposure in Project/Delivery management with International Clients.
