Qualifications and Experience:
- Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in advertising, marketing, web development, or communications
- Has work experience or training in social media.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Dedicated to blogging and use of Facebook and understands the power of social media marketing
- Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
- Understands social media universe including YouTube, Flickr, forums, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, etc…We’re looking for a social media addict who maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise from among these channels
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
- Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
- Writing editing and proof reading all editorial content
- Managing and growing the social media interactions
- Designing, executing and monitoring the social media strategy
- Managing user communication across various social channels
- Becoming an advocate of the company in relevant user communities
