About us:
JustUnfollow is a friend management application for social networks. We started with twitter, earned great traction and have started expanding to other social networks. We recently launched our Instagram integration and are looking forward to add many more networks soon.
JustUnfollow just crossed the 3 Million users mark and is growing at an incredible rate. We’re a small team of 5 developers building an amazing product that is being used by individuals as well as businesses ranging from small agencies to large corporations.
JustUnfollow is available on the web, android and iPhone. We receive millions of visitors every month. Our Android app has been downloaded by more than 750,000 users and we boast of over 10K ratings on Google Play. Our iPhone app has been downloaded over 350,000 times(You will get to own and work on this popular app)
We’re ex burrp.com. We were part of the first batch of Startup Chile. We’re bootstrapped and our freemium model keeps our pockets jingling enough to not worry about funding.
What we’re looking for isn’t an employee, but a certain someone who can join and consider this their own startup which means you also get equity apart from a competitive salary and a comfy work atmosphere.
Our current infrastructure provides you with an opportunity to work on Java, Javascript, jQuery, Struts, Objectify, Google Appengine, AWS, Android & iOS.
We have open sourced a few java libraries such as face4j, insta4j etc. that we built for our own internal use.
What we expect out of YOU:
You want to join a startup. You expect to be given responsibility but do not expect to be spoon-fed. You are restless when you see a bug and excited when a new product idea hits your head. You are a go getter – you complete tasks that you set out to achieve. You are self-motivated; in fact, you’re motivated enough to be motivating others!
You like getting your hands dirty with any part of code, you do not point fingers but start fixing things when they break(and they will break!). You aren’t emotionally attached to your code(sometimes we trash entire modules or some features may never make it to production).
You’re a social animal! You like interacting with people, going to events and evangelizing about the product that you are working on. You like exploring new technologies, working on problems that are hard to solve and solve scaling challenges that a fast growing startup encounters.
Our eyes will light up if you are active on twitter, facebook and linkedin but if you aren’t, we’ll make sure you are hooked on to a few social networks anyways 
Most importantly, you believe in what Steve Jobs said “It’s not done until it ships”.
