experience
1.5 to 6 years of ruby on rails experience
must be able to show a commercial website and/or large open source project that you have developed (on your own or as part of a team), ideally with rails
should possess a passion for programming
must be up-to-date on recent movements in development
skills
must be smart and engaged, as well as resourceful and self-initiating
ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
must be detailed and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
curiosity to learn about new technologies and approaches
