Roles & Responsibilities:

Innovating and delivering features that differentiate Client Company from competition using knowledge of Information Architecture and User Centered Design. This includes new products as well as enhancements to existing products.

- Understanding user needs and consumer behavior using research methods like online survey, focus group discussions, customer feedback analysis and direct interactions with users.

- Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action.

- Analyzing product metrics regularly.

- Creating specifications document and handling the feature development process. Creating design of web pages, understanding the technical functionalities of web pages using UCD and AI.

- Handling the product’s promotional activities.
