- By work experience: They have worked with companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, Accenture etc. One had worked in a leading Start-up group as an EIR (Entrepreneur-in-Residence). They’ve varied domain experiences including Marketing, Sales, Business Planning, Operations & Analytics

4. What about the money/equity?
- Both the Co-Founder’s are not taking salary as of now – have significant equity. So, they expect from the third Co-Founder.
5. What is the venture about?
Problem Statement:
- Zobtree wants to solve the problem of highly broken/manual employee referral process because of which a company ends up not receiving a lot of relevant referral applications
Idea of Solution:
- They want to leverage technology (web/mobile) to create a web/mobile product connecting companies, employee and employee’s friends.
Example:
Scenario:
- E works at Accenture. E’s friend F is looking out for a job. F is a so-so friend of E. Accenture has a job opening that F might be interested in.
Used Case:
- E doesn’t know which friends might be interested in the job-opening. He does nothing about it. If a friend approaches him, he refers him.
- F does not know there is relevant job opening for him at Accenture. Also, E is not that great a friend that he will connect personally over a call/chat. So, F never connects personally.F never gets to know about the job opening. E never refers F.
