Roles & Responsibilities :-
● Analyze work requests and write documents; gather and provide insight to enable the
completion of work effectively
● Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
● Work effectively within teams or independently, proactively identifying and resolving
problems
● Support and facilitate ongoing creation, maintenance and updation of content ensuring
consistency and standardization
● Ensure the right metadata such as keywords, description etc. is used while uploading
the documents
