What you will need
Strong background in data modeling of large scale system with NoSQL like Cassandra / MongoDB
Language preferences are Python and Java
Exposure to NLP and machine learning algorithms, Experience handling multi cluster setup of minimum 6-8 nodes would be an added advantage
