Job Title : Business Development Executive


Job Description:


  • Unearths new business and selling opportunities for HappyFox in allocated accounts on a Monthly/Quarterly basis

  • Meets assigned targets for sales volume and other strategic objectives of the company

  • Conjures up a bulletproof strategic account plan for a given territory and then goes after the plan and executes on it

  • Deals with client issues on a proactive basis and always works in the interest of the client.

  • Gathers client requirements and works with internal stakeholders to work up a solution which may/may not be customized to meet a specific business requirement

  • Maintains high standards of quality and integrity in all internal and external relationships

  • Runs sales campaigns that are tailor-made for a particular product/region/account

Requirements:


  • A Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales prospecting, lead generation and qualification

  • Should possess a go-getter attitude and be target oriented with above par networking and relationship building skills

  • Manage trust based relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges

  • Able to constantly think of creative ways to increase customer satisfaction while increasing revenue

  • Prior experience in Business Communication with “A/B” level executives with a high level of comfort in executing client demonstrations

  • Good technical understanding and an expert at consultative selling and objection handling while exhibiting top notch presentation and public speaking skills

  • Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Idiomatic level fluency in the English language

  • Results oriented, works independently with little or no supervision and is self-motivated

  • Detail oriented with an ability to plan, prioritise and organize sales activities on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Minimum Qualifications


  • 2 years of consistency in over-achieving on sales quota

  • Graduate Degree

Preferred Qualifications:


  • BE/MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institute

  • 2 years of experience post BE/MBA
