Job Title : Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- Unearths new business and selling opportunities for HappyFox in allocated accounts on a Monthly/Quarterly basis
- Meets assigned targets for sales volume and other strategic objectives of the company
- Conjures up a bulletproof strategic account plan for a given territory and then goes after the plan and executes on it
- Deals with client issues on a proactive basis and always works in the interest of the client.
- Gathers client requirements and works with internal stakeholders to work up a solution which may/may not be customized to meet a specific business requirement
- Maintains high standards of quality and integrity in all internal and external relationships
- Runs sales campaigns that are tailor-made for a particular product/region/account
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales prospecting, lead generation and qualification
- Should possess a go-getter attitude and be target oriented with above par networking and relationship building skills
- Manage trust based relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges
- Able to constantly think of creative ways to increase customer satisfaction while increasing revenue
- Prior experience in Business Communication with “A/B” level executives with a high level of comfort in executing client demonstrations
- Good technical understanding and an expert at consultative selling and objection handling while exhibiting top notch presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Idiomatic level fluency in the English language
- Results oriented, works independently with little or no supervision and is self-motivated
- Detail oriented with an ability to plan, prioritise and organize sales activities on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of consistency in over-achieving on sales quota
- Graduate Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE/MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institute
- 2 years of experience post BE/MBA
