DEVELOPMENT R&D/TRAINING LEAD

6. Location: Thane West. CENTRAL LINE.

***We are open to candidates who are interested in this role either FULL time or PART time. We’d prefer FULL time, but we’ll consider applicants for part time.***

Who YOU are:

1. Experienced in JAVA or C/C++. At LEAST 3 years.


2. Keen to teach others “what you know”.


3. Keen to learn NEW technologies – all web-related – and teach others what you learn as you go.


4. Interested in the role of a Trainer/Research & Development Lead.


5. Open to working in a non-hierarchical environment.


6. Confident in standing-up in-front of a group of people.


7. Fluent in Marathi/Hindi. Good English skills.


8. A QUICK learner, and constantly curious/interested in learning NEW things.


9. Honest, modest, friendly, patient & above all TEAM PLAYER.


10. Eager, eager, EAGER to always learn and better your skills and yourself.


11. Eager to find a company where you can grow and become a significant contributor.


12. Located in MUMBAI ONLY – CENTRAL LINE – somewhere close to Thane West/Wagle Estate.

Job Description:

1. Mentor and eventually train-up inexperienced Freshers (aka Trainees)


2. Get trained (by us) in the web-technologies that we work with. Train others post your own training.


3. Constantly review and improve our training program.


4. Constantly review and improve our Developer guidelines.


5. Audit Developers – esp. Trainees – to see that they are abiding by our Developer guidelines.


6. Be challenged by Tech Leads/PMs with development research assignments re: the latest web technology advancements.


7. Proactivelyestablish documents, guidelines, training sessions, etc. – OWN the distribution of critical information throughout the Development/Testing and PM team.
